Terms of Service

Dave for Trades provides field-operations tools for trade and construction businesses, including time tracking, job management, quoting, invoicing, and office workflows. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Account owners and admins may manage team members, roles, and access within their company workspace.

If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you authorize Dave for Trades to perform the actions you enable, such as sending email, managing calendar events, and saving files to your drive. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen. Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider's terms.

You retain ownership of the business data you put into Dave for Trades. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service.

• Do not use Dave for Trades for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not send spam or misuse connected email accounts.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

We work to keep Dave for Trades available and reliable but provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dave for Trades is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dave for Trades after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
